Light Banana Bread

Light Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

3 large bananas or 280 g, ripe, peeled, and mashed
1 tin nestlé fat free sweetened condensed milk or 405 g
75 g butter, melted
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla essence or 5 g
2.3 cups plain flour or 290 g
2 teaspoons baking powder or 10 g
1 teaspoon baking soda or 5 g

Preparation

Place the mashed banana, NESTLÉ Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk, butter, egg and vanilla in a large bowl and beat to combine. Mix in the combined flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Pour the mixture into a 10cmx30cm non stick loaf tin loaf tin, lined with baking paper.
Bake in a 170°C preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a cake skewer inserted into the centre of the loaf comes out clean. Remove from the oven and set aside for 10 minutes. Turn onto a wire rack to cool completely before slicing
